AFCON 2022 Round of 16: Matches, schedule, times, TV for Africa Cup of Nations knockout round

With the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations group stage almost complete, only 16 of the original 24 teams will remain and eight teams will go home.

All first- and second-place finishers from the group stage qualified for the knockout round, while the top four third-place teams managed to fill out the 16-team field.

The hosts, en route to winning Group A, scored the most group stage goals with seven, while completing their run to the top of Group B without conceding a single goal. he finished with the most points, a perfect nine out of nine after winning all three games with a +5 goal differential, the best in the tournament so far.
