Fabrizio Romano told CaughtOffside’s daily briefing that Chelsea have yet to make a decision on a possible permanent move for Dennis Zakaria.
The Blues brought Zakaria on loan from Juventus over the summer. It took him a while to get back on track, but when he was able to make it onto the pitch for Graham Potter’s team, he impressed.
Romano has revealed that Chelsea have the option to make his transfer permanent for just €30m, making it certainly worth considering keeping the Swiss national team beyond this season.
It remains to be seen what decision Chelsea will make, but most Blues fans will be happy to have the option to sign Zakaria.
