Kevin Love Set To Sign With Miami Heat Following Cavaliers Exit

NBA star Kevin Love is ready to move to the Miami Heat after nine years with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Love has been with the Cavaliers since 2014, playing alongside LeBron James and Kyrie Irving and winning an NBA championship just two years later. Love played a big role on that team as they defeated the Golden State Warriors in the finals.

The 34-year-old hasn’t had his best season on the court, averaging 8.5 points and 6.8 rebounds, and his playing time has been limited lately. Cleveland has a young roster and has chosen to prioritize game time for people at a younger age to develop them.

Cleveland attempted to trade Love, but agreed to buy out Love’s contract after no trade was found.

With Love now considered a free agent, he was able to reunite with LeBron and join the Los Angeles Lakers, who are in desperate need of help.

But Love decided to play basketball for the Heat alongside Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo in Miami.
