The Manchester United Women had a hugely successful January, returning to the top of the WSL table at the mid-stage.
As a result, they have been nominated for many awards.
Mark Skinner has been nominated again for the Barclays WSL Manager of the Month Award after winning the award in October and December.
Two current Reds, Ona Butre and Hailey Rudd, were nominated for Player of the Month.
United won both of their WSL matches, beating Liverpool 6-0 at home before Rachel Williams scored the late winner away to Reading.
Batlle had two assists in the two games she played, while Ladd had one goal and one assist.
They are nominated alongside Kirsty Hanson, who is on loan at Aston Villa from United.
She has one goal and two assists for Villa, alongside former Red Lucy Staniforth.
Williams, who was nominated for Goal of the Month in the 87th minute against Reading, also won the award.
Williams came off the bench in the 84th minute to help her side take all three points back to Manchester.
She picked up the ball and ran left, camouflaged her shot by cutting inside, created space and landed a strike, and brought composure to her team when she found the top corner.
