Liverpool secured three points against Newcastle at St James’ Park yesterday, but Jamie Carragher says there is still “worrying” for Jürgen Klopp.
Goals from Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo led the Reds to a 2-1 victory over the reverse fixture at Anfield in August to double Eddie Howe’s side this season.
However, the match was by no means an easy one, with 10-man Newcastle battling it out until the end, forcing Alisson Becker to make multiple world-class saves to keep the team’s sheet clean.
“Alysson is Liverpool’s best player. Klopp will look into this and there will still be things to worry about him,” Carragher said in the Sky Sports (The Boot Room) commentary.

It’s certainly understandable where the former Reds defender came from, but the German didn’t seem too worried after witnessing what Klopp did to our number one after the game.
It’s an important win for us and we’ve closed the gap to fourth-placed Newcastle to just six points with a game to go.
Our defense has been far from perfect this season, but we have kept a clean sheet in the league for the first time since October. I’m sure this will please the former Borussia Dortmund boss, not worry him!
