UFC 270: Francis Ngannou vs. Ciryl Gane weigh-in results

There are two titles on the line at UFC 270, as heavyweights and flyweights take center stage on January 22.

Inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, Francis Ngannou will defend the UFC heavyweight title against interim champion and former tag team partner Ciryl Gane. In the co-main event, Brandon Moreno will defend the UFC flyweight title against Deiveson Figueiredo.

Ngannou has won five fights in a row by knockout, most recently beating Stipe Miocic to win the UFC heavyweight title. In the midst of a battle with UFC management and his former trainer, Ngannou’s fight contract is up after this event. There is a lot at stake for him. Gane won three in a row in 2021, including a win over Derrick Lewis to win the interim title. He is looking to start 2022 by becoming the undisputed champion over his former training partner.

Moreno and Figueiredo were tied at UFC 256 in December 2020 following multiple punches to the groin from Figueiredo. Moreno would win the second fight at UFC 263 in June via submission, winning the title in the process.

Will there be a significant weight difference between Ngannou and Gane? Figueiredo is known to have trouble making weight for a fight. Will that play a factor? Follow below for live results heading into UFC 270.
