The Titans host the Bengals in Game 1 of the AFC Divisional Round on Saturday afternoon.
Tennessee finished the regular season with a 28-25 victory against the Texans and earned the No. 1 seed in the playoffs with a bye week in wild-card games. The Bengals, on the other hand, finished second and won the team’s first playoff game since 1990. Following Cincinnati’s 26-19 win over Las Vegas in the wild-card game last week, the Bengals were scheduled to face the Titans on the way.
Running back Derrick Henry will return to Nissan Stadium against the Bengals after he broke his foot in Week 8. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who completed 23 of 32 passes for 287 yards with four touchdowns against Houston, will continue to build momentum with the wide receiver AJ Brown and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
Quarterback Joe Burrow is coming off a terrific performance in the first wild-card game. He completed 24 of 34 passes for 244 yards with two touchdowns and connected with rookie wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase on nine receptions for 116 yards. Wide receiver Tee Higgins, who suffered a foot injury in Week 17 and made a 10-yard catch against the Raiders, may also see more targets in Tennessee.
